Donations of time, supplies, and money are greatly appreciated! With the cold winter months upon us, our needs usually relate to the weather -- warm clothes, hot coffee, cocoa, warm meals.
We were blessed to receive many donations of warm clothing recently. However we still need warm hoodies, all sizes and colors, for men. And many men arrive with nothing -- literally. So underwear (boxers and briefs) in all sizes are always needed.
Most of the time, we have basic needs for toiletries, razors, flip flops for taking a shower, shaving cream, and items such as bar body soap..
What else do we need? We desperately need you to support our 2017 fundraising campaign! We are continuing to implement our renovation project to comply with public health standards and to more efficiently serve our clients.
Thank you to all who participated in the 21st Annual Walk of Awareness on Thanksgiving Day, 2016. You can donate online by clicking on this link or by sending a check to ACCESS Soup Kitchen & Men's Shelter, P.O. Box 1324, Frankfort, KY 40602.
Thank you for ANY help you can provide to help us meet our 2017 fundraising goals!
You can bring items to the Soup Kitchen, 311 W. 2nd St., Frankfort KY USA, any time. We can always use canned goods, cleaning supplies, and kitchen items such as aluminum foil, plastic wrap, sanitizing wipes, paper towels, and similar items.
There is a staff member on duty 24/7 so there will always be someone there to accept your donations and give you a receipt.
How can you help?
